NESTA-NMR Documentation

NESTA-NMR is a robust, easy to use, and very fast software suite for the reconstruction of two-, three-, and four-dimensional non-uniformly sampled (NUS) NMR data. NESTA-NMR integrates with NMRPipe to provide a simple and convenient processing pipeline.

The following documentation describes how to setup and use NESTA-NMR to process NUS data collected on either Bruker or Varian/Agilent spectrometers. A PDF version of this documentation, sample scripts, and a tutorial are included with the download, which can be found at the main NESTA-NMR website.
